These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ReachLLM AI Search & LLM Visibility Platform (the "Service") operated by ReachLLM Inc. ("ReachLLM", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

ReachLLM provides a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that helps businesses optimize their brand visibility across AI-powered search engines and large language models (LLMs), including but not limited to ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, and Grok. Our Service includes:

  • Brand Intelligence analytics and monitoring
  • GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) audits
  • AI search visibility tracking
  • Prompt Explorer tools
  • Brand monitoring and reporting features

3. Account Registration

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts to use our Service. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

  • Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate

4. Subscription and Payment

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REACHLLM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ReachLLM, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

12. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription through your account settings or contacting us at support@reachllm.com.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if:

  • You fail to pay subscription fees
  • You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
  • We discontinue the Service

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may delete your account and data, though some information may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
